Remember that messy “We Are The World” 2.0 that happened? Don’t get me wrong, it was for a good cause. But if it was made better and with the omission of some artists, then it could have been much more pleasurable to the ears.
Now the Latino world is putting forth their own version of the song titled “Somos El Mundo” penned by Gloria Estefan & her hubby Emilio Estefan. A lot of my favorite Spanish singers are lending their voice to the song, which hopefully will flow more cohesively than the other version that is currently number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The music video will premiere MARCH 1ST on the Latina Oprah’s show Cristina, along with a making of video. I’m more interested in the latter! With Paulina Rubio & Thalia (ultra famous singers), taking part in the tribute, & their famous rivalry with each other, juicy! Plus the drama on who gets what part. Come on now that sounds like some delicious TV! But I bet it will about everyone playing nicely with each other and what not. Dullsvillie!
